the mini art card is an artistic project in the format A6. you created originally for the artdesuisse 2025 autumn exhibition in Lucerne and is designed from the beginning as a hybrid work: as an art card and at the same time, as a business card. each mini art card is handmade and is made of cardboard. it is made up of a front and back and is partially folded, partially unfolded. the design varies aware of. some of the cards are painted, others are drawn, some wear a short sentence or only a single word. a Central concern of the joke: the cards are designed to appear slightly, surprise, and a smile trigger, without losing their artistic seriousness. originally intended for the mini art cards rates as a small, independent works of art at a price of CHF 5.– to sell. but the plan was discarded aware of. instead, the cards will be given away in exchange for a name and e-mail address. the card is not a commodity, but to the point of contact and trace of an encounter. each card bears the clear mark of authorship and authenticity. it is provided with two fingerprints that carries both signatures, a ISPN (international standard product number), a stamp, as well as the contact address. this formal oversubscription takes the art market and its certification mechanisms tongue-in-cheek fun of, and transfers it to an intentionally small, intimate format. only a part of the mini art cards will be issued during the exhibition. what's happening with the remaining cards, remains open. you can transformed to be edited or condensed to a new, stand-alone small-format works. the project character remains conscious process-oriented. the title of mini art card is this ambiguity in itself: on the one hand a very small work of art, on the other hand, mini "in Switzerland means" German "my". the card is dealt to the card of the recipient – a überreichtes, personal work of art, the ownership, contact, and meaning.
